As Founder of Rainbow Trent Limited, a media and advertising agency, he has led major communication and branding projects while building a reputation for innovation and strategic planning. He also serves as a Board of Trustees member and Communications Director for Helpster Charity, where he has been involved in community-focused initiatives and donor engagement programmes.

Beyond his professional achievements, Adebusoye is widely known for his commitment to family values, youth engagement, and conflict resolution. Through his digital platforms and public engagements, he has reached thousands of people with messages centered on social development, responsible leadership, and community progress.
