AIYEDATIWA SCORES MERIT-BASED WIN AS ADEBARE ADEBOYE HAILS ODUSANYA’S APPOINTMENT AS ONDO HEAD OF SERVICE
The Executive Chairman of Ile-Oluji/Oke-Igbo Local Government, Hon. Adebare Adeboye, has congratulated Chief Segun Odusanya on his appointment as the Head of the Ondo State Public Service, describing it as a well-deserved recognition of excellence, discipline, and decades of committed service.
In a statement issued on Sunday, Adeboye said the appointment reflects Odusanya’s consistent record of professionalism, integrity, and administrative competence across various ministries and agencies in the state civil service.
He noted that the elevation of the new Head of Service would further strengthen governance structures and improve efficiency in public service delivery in line with the development vision of Ondo State.
The council chairman also commended Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for what he described as a strategic and merit-driven decision, saying it demonstrates the governor’s commitment to institutional reform and effective governance.
According to him, “Governor Aiyedatiwa has once again shown leadership foresight by prioritising competence and experience in this appointment. It will undoubtedly enhance productivity and strengthen the civil service system.”
Adebare Adeboye expressed confidence that Chief Odusanya would bring experience, discipline, and reform-oriented leadership to his new role, while wishing him success in office.
He also reaffirmed the support of the Ile-Oluji/Oke-Igbo Local Government for the continued progress of Ondo State under the present administration.
