ALADE 1 CELEBRATES BIRTHDAY WITH COMMUNITY OUTREACH, EMPOWERS OVER 60 RESIDENTS IN ILE-OLUJI


In a remarkable display of generosity and community service, Comrade Adesogo Olorungbamila, popularly known as Alade 1 and Founder of the Alade Liberation Movement, marked his 2026 birthday anniversary by extending support to residents through a cash empowerment initiative that benefited more than 60 people.

The outreach programme, held on Monday, June 1, 2026, brought joy to beneficiaries drawn from Odoyeghe, Odololo, Oke-Alafia, and other parts of Ile-Oluji, as cash gifts were distributed to support individuals and families within the community.

Known for his longstanding commitment to youth development and humanitarian activities, Alade 1 has built a reputation as a grassroots philanthropist and advocate for young people. Over the years, he has championed various youth-focused initiatives, including community forums and football development programmes aimed at engaging and empowering young people in Ile-Oluji and its environs.

The birthday celebration was not only a personal milestone but also an opportunity to give back to the community that has been part of his journey. The empowerment programme was carried out by Comrade Adesogo Olorungbamila alongside his wife, Mrs. Juliana Olorungbamila, in collaboration with members of the Alade Liberation Movement.

Speaking during the event, the Chairman of the Alade Liberation Movement, Mr. Boluwaji Olaige, stated that the cash empowerment initiative was organised to commemorate the founder's 2026 birthday anniversary while also reflecting the movement's commitment to community development.

According to him, Alade 1 has consistently demonstrated a passion for human capacity development and community service through various philanthropic interventions across the town.

"Today’s gesture is a reflection of the values our founder stands for. Comrade Adesogo Olorungbamila has remained dedicated to supporting people, especially young individuals, and contributing to the growth of our community. This empowerment programme is one of the many ways of celebrating his impact and commitment to humanity," Olaige said.

Beneficiaries expressed appreciation for the initiative, describing it as a timely intervention that would assist them in addressing some of their immediate needs. Many also commended Alade 1 for maintaining a culture of giving and for continuously identifying opportunities to uplift others.

The event further highlighted the growing influence of the Alade Liberation Movement in promoting social welfare, youth engagement, and community support initiatives within Ile-Oluji.

As the celebrations concluded, participants praised the founder's dedication to service and wished him continued success, good health, and greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
