AJIMOBI’S FAMILY HIT BY FRESH LOSS AS EX-OYO GOVERNOR’S YOUNGER BROTHER DIES IN LONDON

The Ajimobi family has been thrown into mourning once again following the death of Alhaji Teslim Adeboye, younger brother of former Oyo State Governor, the late Senator Abiola Ajimobi.

According to reports, Adeboye passed away in London on Thursday, marking exactly six years after the death of his elder brother, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, who died on June 25, 2020.

The development has drawn attention due to the striking coincidence in dates, with both brothers reportedly passing away on June 25, six years apart.

Before his death, Alhaji Teslim Adeboye played an active role in local politics within Oyo State. He served as the Caretaker Chairman of Ibadan South-East Local Government Area in 2017, contributing to grassroots political administration during his time in office.

Senator Abiola Ajimobi, who governed Oyo State from 2011 to 2019, remained one of the state’s most prominent political figures, remembered for his influence on governance and politics in the region.

The passing of Adeboye represents another painful moment for the Ajimobi family, with sympathies expected from political associates, supporters, and residents across Oyo State.

As of the time of filing this report, family members are yet to release official details regarding burial arrangements or the circumstances surrounding his death.

The latest development has once again brought public attention to the legacy of the late former governor and the family he left behind.
