CDCFIB RECRUITMENT SCREENING: APPLICANTS ADVISED ON STRICT DRESS CODE REQUIREMENTS

Applicants preparing for the ongoing Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) 2025/2026 recruitment exercise have been urged to strictly comply with official dress code and appearance guidelines ahead of the physical screening stage.

According to details made available to prospective candidates, recruitment officials have directed that all applicants must appear in complete white sportswear during the screening exercise to ensure uniformity and enable easy identification of participants.

Under the approved dress requirements, candidates are expected to report to screening centres wearing a white shirt, white shorts, white socks, and white shoes or white canvas.

The board also issued specific appearance guidelines for both male and female applicants as part of efforts to maintain discipline and order throughout the recruitment process.

Female applicants have been instructed to maintain a simple “all-back” hairstyle, with officials advising against elaborate hairstyles that may conflict with screening procedures.

Male applicants, on the other hand, are expected to appear clean-shaven, neatly groomed, and properly presented during the exercise.

Authorities further warned candidates against wearing unnecessary accessories capable of creating a negative impression during the screening process. Items such as leg chains, fashion accessories, and other non-essential items are discouraged.

Recruitment officials emphasized that applicants are expected to conduct themselves in a disciplined, responsible, and professional manner, noting that proper appearance remains an important part of official screening exercises.

Candidates have also been advised to arrive early at their designated screening venues, ensure all required documents are properly arranged, and carefully follow every instruction issued by officials handling the exercise.

As preparations continue nationwide, applicants have been encouraged to remain confident and adequately prepared ahead of the physical screening stage of the recruitment process.

The CDCFIB recruitment exercise remains one of the major federal employment opportunities currently attracting thousands of applicants across Nigeria.
