FADUYILE PLEDGES UNITY, DEVELOPMENT FOCUS AFTER EMERGING ONDO SOUTH SENATOR-ELECT

Senator-elect for Ondo South Senatorial District, Prof. Dayo Faduyile, has expressed gratitude to God, political leaders, and residents of the district following his emergence in the recent election, pledging a tenure focused on unity, service delivery, and accelerated development across the senatorial district. Speaking in an appreciation message to supporters, Faduyile described his victory as a collective mandate from the people of Ondo South, noting that it reflects the trust and expectations of communities across all local government areas in the district.

He extended appreciation to Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for what he described as leadership and support throughout the political process, while also acknowledging the contributions of former Senator Jimoh Ibrahim and other party stakeholders who played roles in strengthening the party structure in the district. He further commended the APC State Chairman, Hon. Babatunde Kolawole (Amaechi), the APC Senatorial Chairman, Hon. Bode Ikulala, and members of the campaign committee led by Pastor Femi Agagu for their coordination and efforts during the electioneering period.

Faduyile also expressed appreciation to local government chairmen, elected officials, party leaders, political stakeholders, and supporters across Ondo State, describing their commitment as instrumental to his success. He gave special recognition to traditional rulers in Ondo South, noting their role as custodians of culture and stability, and acknowledging their prayers and guidance throughout the process.

In his message, the senator-elect extended heartfelt gratitude to his family for their sacrifices and support during the campaign period, describing their encouragement as a pillar of strength. He also reached out to other contestants in the election, calling for unity and collaboration in the interest of the senatorial district, emphasizing that development should take precedence over political competition.

Faduyile pledged to approach his mandate with humility and full commitment, stating that despite the limited tenure, he intends to maximize his time in office by focusing on legislative responsibilities and attracting development to Ondo South.
