ILE-OLUJI INDIGENES IN PUBLIC SERVICE CELEBRATE ODUSANYA’S APPOINTMENT AS ONDO HEAD OF SERVICE


The Ile-Oluji Indigenes in Public Service (IPS) have congratulated Chief Segun Odusanya, FCIPM, FCIPAN, FCLA, following his appointment as the Head of Service of Ondo State by Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.

In a statement signed by the President of the association, Mr. Akinsokeji Akinsominu, IPS described the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of Chief Odusanya’s years of exemplary service, professionalism, integrity, competence, and unwavering commitment to the development of the Ondo State Public Service.

According to the group, Chief Odusanya’s elevation to the highest administrative office in the state civil service is a source of pride not only to his immediate community but also to the entire Ile-Oluji Kingdom. The association noted that his educational background, beginning from St. Peter’s Primary School, Ile-Oluji, and Gboluji Anglican Grammar School, reflects a remarkable journey of dedication, hard work, and excellence.

The statement highlighted Chief Odusanya’s distinguished career in the public service, noting that he has served diligently in various ministries, departments, and agencies of government. Since his appointment as Permanent Secretary in 2019, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities, administrative competence, and a strong commitment to effective service delivery.

IPS expressed confidence that his extensive experience and wealth of knowledge would further strengthen the Ondo State Public Service and contribute meaningfully to the successful implementation of the development agenda of the current administration.

The association also commended Governor Aiyedatiwa for the appointment, describing it as a reflection of the administration’s commitment to merit, professionalism, and excellence in public administration.

While wishing the new Head of Service a successful tenure, the group prayed for wisdom, good health, strength, and divine guidance as he assumes the responsibilities of office. It expressed optimism that his leadership would usher in greater efficiency, innovation, and progress within the Ondo State Public Service for the benefit of the government and people of the state.
