DAYO FADUYILE OFFICIALLY SWORN IN AS ONDO SOUTH SENATOR, RESUMES DUTIES AT NATIONAL ASSEMBLY


Professor Dayo Faduyile has officially resumed legislative duties as the Senator representing Ondo South Senatorial District after taking the Oath of Office and Oath of Allegiance at the Senate Chamber of the National Assembly in Abuja on Wednesday.

The swearing-in ceremony marked the formal beginning of his tenure in the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, where he immediately joined fellow lawmakers for plenary proceedings, signaling the start of a new phase of representation for constituents in Ondo South.

Speaking shortly after the ceremony, Senator Faduyile expressed appreciation to the people of Ondo South for the confidence placed in him, while also thanking God for the opportunity to serve.

He assured constituents of his commitment to delivering effective and people-oriented representation focused on advancing development across the district.

According to the senator, his priorities will include promoting economic growth, improving access to quality healthcare, strengthening educational opportunities, empowering young people, and attracting infrastructure development to communities within Ondo South Senatorial District.

Faduyile also emphasized the importance of collaboration within the National Assembly, stating that he intends to work closely with fellow lawmakers, government institutions, and relevant stakeholders to ensure developmental projects are attracted to the district.

He further assured residents that his office would remain open to constructive engagement and pledged to ensure the benefits of democratic governance reach communities across the senatorial district.

The development marks the official commencement of Senator Faduyile’s legislative journey as expectations grow among constituents for representation aimed at addressing key development challenges and improving the welfare of residents in Ondo South.
