According to a statement issued by the Director of Information in the Office of the Head of Service, Mr. Sina Adeyeye, the new Head of Service expressed gratitude to Governor Aiyedatiwa for the confidence reposed in him and pledged to build on the achievements of previous administrations within the state civil service.

Speaking during his first official engagement, Odusanya said he was committed to strengthening the public service and consolidating on the foundations laid by his predecessors.

“I am grateful to God and to Mr Governor for giving me the opportunity to serve in this capacity. I will carefully examine the achievements of my predecessor and build upon the foundation already established,” he said.

The Head of Service assured workers that staff welfare would remain a key priority under his leadership, noting that the state government has consistently demonstrated commitment to improving the conditions of service for civil servants despite prevailing economic challenges.

He stated that efforts would continue to be made to enhance the welfare of workers within the resources available to the government.

“Workers should expect positive developments. Their welfare remains very important, and I believe the Governor places great value on the well-being of civil servants. With the cooperation and support of workers, we can achieve greater progress in the service,” Odusanya said.
