SIMI FAJEMIROKUN-AJAYI RALLIES SUPPORT FOR FADUYILE AHEAD OF ONDO SOUTH SENATORIAL BY-ELECTION


Hon. Simi Fajemirokun-Ajayi has publicly reaffirmed her strong support for Professor Dayo Faduyile, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate contesting in the forthcoming Ondo South Senatorial District bye-election scheduled for Saturday, June 20, 2026.

In a statement released ahead of the crucial poll, Fajemirokun-Ajayi called on eligible voters across Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo, Odigbo Federal Constituency, and other local government areas within the Ondo South Senatorial District to come out in large numbers and participate actively in the electoral process by supporting Professor Faduyile.

She described the APC candidate as a leader with the experience, competence, integrity, and leadership qualities needed to effectively represent the interests of the people at the National Assembly.

According to her, Professor Faduyile is well-positioned to provide quality representation capable of attracting meaningful development projects, strengthening inclusive governance, and advancing the overall interests of communities across Ondo South.

Fajemirokun-Ajayi noted that the bye-election presents a significant opportunity for residents of the district to elect a representative committed to unity, sustainable development, and long-term progress.

She further emphasized the importance of voter participation, stating that every vote cast during the election will play an important role in shaping the future of the senatorial district.

The Ondo South Senatorial bye-election has continued to attract growing political attention as parties intensify campaigns ahead of Saturday’s exercise, with stakeholders encouraging peaceful participation and a credible democratic process.
