WALE AKINTERINWA HAILS AKINSUROJU'S AKONI OODUA AWARD

Former Ondo State Commissioner for Finance, Mr. Wale Akinterinwa, has congratulated the member representing Ileoluji/Okeigbo Constituency in the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Nelson Akinsuroju, following his conferment with the Akoni Oodua Bibiire Leadership Award 2026.

In a statement made available to Opima RealNews, Akinterinwa described the award as a fitting recognition of Akinsuroju's commitment to public service, effective representation, and contributions to the development of his constituency and Ondo State.

According to him, the lawmaker has continued to demonstrate exemplary leadership through his accessibility to constituents, dedication to community development, and support for policies aimed at improving the welfare of the people.

"This recognition is a testament to his exemplary leadership, commitment to public service, and unwavering dedication to the growth and development of Ileoluji/Okeigbo Constituency and Ondo State at large," Akinterinwa stated.

The former commissioner expressed optimism that the honour would serve as further motivation for Akinsuroju to continue pursuing initiatives that positively impact the lives of his constituents and the broader society.

The Akoni Oodua Bibiire Leadership Award is presented by Akoni Oodua Global Services to recognize individuals who have demonstrated notable leadership, service, and contributions to societal development.
