AT A NEW AGE: YINKA SALARD AKINTERINWA REFLECTS ON A LIFE OF PURPOSE, SERVICE AND IMPACT

Prominent advertising professional, businessman, and political figure, Yinka Salard Akinterinwa, has expressed gratitude to God as he marks another birthday, reflecting on a life journey defined by learning, professional excellence, public service, and family values.

Akinterinwa, a proud son of the Ajangamo Dynasty of Ile-Oluji Kingdom, described his new age as an opportunity to appreciate God's faithfulness and the experiences that have shaped his life over the years.

A graduate of Physics from the University of Calabar (UNICAL), he noted that his academic background equipped him with the discipline, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills that became instrumental in his professional and personal development.

Following his academic pursuits, Akinterinwa built a successful career in the advertising and public relations industry, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of FS&T Advertising Limited. Through decades of dedication and strategic leadership, he contributed to the growth of numerous brands, organizations, and institutions, earning recognition within the industry.

His journey later extended into public service and politics following an invitation from former Ondo State Governor, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko. According to Akinterinwa, his political experience provided him with valuable opportunities to engage with people from diverse backgrounds, contribute to community development, and participate in initiatives aimed at improving the lives of citizens.

Beyond politics and advertising, he also ventured into business, particularly in livestock trading, where he became popularly known by the nickname "Yinka Ēlēran, Salard Alapata."

Reflecting on his personal life, Akinterinwa described family as his greatest achievement and source of fulfillment. He expressed appreciation to his wife, Mrs. Temitope Bukola Akinterinwa, for her unwavering support, love, and companionship throughout their years together.

"No achievement compares with the joy of nurturing a loving family, providing guidance, and watching generations grow and thrive," he stated.

He also extended heartfelt gratitude to his siblings — Wale, Kemi, Soga, and Debola — for their support through both challenging and successful moments of life.

Looking ahead, Akinterinwa said he remains committed to making meaningful contributions to his family, community, profession, and the nation, while embracing the wisdom and experiences gained over the years.

"As I step into another year, I do so with renewed hope, wisdom gained from experience, and an unwavering commitment to making meaningful contributions to my family, community, profession, and nation," he said.

He concluded by giving all glory to God for a life marked by purpose, progress, and impact.

"To Almighty God be all the glory for a life of purpose, progress, and impact. Happy Birthday to me."
