LPPC ELEVATES 68 LAWYERS TO SENIOR ADVOCATE OF NIGERIA RANK, RELEASES FULL LIST


The Legal Practitioners' Privileges Committee (LPPC) has elevated 68 legal practitioners to the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), recognising their outstanding contributions to the legal profession.

The decision was taken during the LPPC's 174th plenary session held on Thursday in Abuja and presided over by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun.

The announcement was contained in a statement issued by the Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and Secretary of the LPPC, Kabir Akan.

According to the committee, the successful legal practitioners, listed according to their seniority at the Bar, are:

The LPPC noted that the elevation to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria remains one of the highest honours in the Nigerian legal profession, recognising excellence, integrity and exceptional contributions to legal practice and scholarship.
