ADEBARE SALUTES AKINSIKU’S DEDICATION AS MEDIA AIDE MARKS BIRTHDAY


The Executive Chairman of Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo Local Government, Hon. Adebare Adeboye, has congratulated his Special Assistant on Media, Otunba Oluwapelumi Stephen Akinsiku, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a goodwill message, Hon. Adebare described Akinsiku as a dutiful, diligent and responsible aide who has consistently demonstrated commitment and dedication to his official responsibilities.

The Council Chairman commended his Media Aide for his ability to effectively carry out assigned duties and communicate the activities, programmes and initiatives of the local government administration to the public.

According to him, Akinsiku’s professionalism, sense of responsibility and dedication to duty have contributed positively to the administration, particularly in the area of information dissemination and public communication.

Hon. Adebare also acknowledged Akinsiku’s loyalty and commitment to his responsibilities, noting that his efforts in keeping residents and other stakeholders informed about the activities of the local government are worthy of commendation.

The Chairman, while wishing his Media Aide well as he begins another chapter of his life, expressed hope that the new year would bring him greater opportunities, wisdom, fulfilment and continued success.

“On behalf of my family, the Executive Council and the entire good people of Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo Local Government, I warmly congratulate you, Otunba Oluwapelumi Stephen Akinsiku, on your birthday.

“You are a dutiful, diligent and responsible aide who understands your responsibilities and knows how to deliver on your assignments as expected. Your commitment and dedication to duty are appreciated.

“As you begin another chapter of your life, I wish you greater accomplishments, happiness, good health and continued success. May the years ahead be filled with more opportunities to serve and make meaningful contributions to our society,” Hon. Adebare said.

The Council Chairman further prayed for God’s continued guidance, protection and blessings upon Otunba Akinsiku, wishing him many more years of fruitful and impactful service to the local government and society at large.

ONDO GOVT ORDERS TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF SELECTED SCHOOLS AHEAD OF STATE ASSEMBLY ELECTION The Ondo State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has announced the temporary closure of selected public primary and secondary schools across the state ahead of the Ondo State House of Assembly election scheduled for Wednesday, May 20, 2026. REPORTED CAR HIJACK ATTEMPT FOILED ON ONDO–ILE-OLUJI EXPRESSWAY A reported case of an attempted car hijacking occurred on Sunday along the popular Ondo–Ile-Oluji Expressway at Ota 'San in Ile-Oluji, Ondo State. According to information available to Opima RealNews, suspected armed men allegedly attempted to hijack a vehicle from its owner while the victim was driving along the road. However, the attempt was reportedly foiled following the intervention of security operatives.
