ADEBARE RELEASES EMPOWERMENT BENEFICIARIES LIST, SETS SEPTEMBER 22 DEADLINE FOR SUPPLEMENTARY INCLUSION

The Executive Chairman of Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo Local Government, Hon. Adebare Adeboye, has released the comprehensive list of beneficiaries selected for the forthcoming youth and women empowerment programme in the Local Government.

The beneficiaries’ list was compiled across the 10 political wards of Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo Local Government, with the stated objective of ensuring broad representation and inclusiveness in the selection of residents for the programme.

According to the Local Government, the release of the list is part of the administration’s efforts to promote transparency and accountability in the implementation of its empowerment initiatives and to provide residents with an opportunity to verify their inclusion.

The Local Government has also opened a window for supplementary inclusion for eligible residents whose names may not have appeared on the initial list.

Those who previously submitted their forms but could not find their names on the released list, as well as eligible residents who are yet to submit their forms, have been advised to contact the designated officials for clarification, corrections and possible consideration for inclusion in the supplementary list.

Residents can contact Hon. Samson Agboola, The Secretary to the Local Government, on 08034449672, Mr. Mathew Adeola, Protocol to the Executive Chairman, on 07038027000, or Otunba Oluwapelumi Akinsiku, Special Assistant on Media to the Executive Chairman, on 07065765853.

All enquiries, submissions and necessary corrections are expected to be made on or before Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

The Local Government said a supplementary list would subsequently be compiled and released to accommodate eligible persons who may have been inadvertently omitted from the initial list or who complete the required submission within the stipulated period.

The administration has therefore encouraged concerned residents, particularly youths and market women, to take advantage of the supplementary window and complete the necessary process before the deadline.

Hon. Adebare Adeboye expressed appreciation to residents of Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo Local Government for their patience and cooperation, while reiterating his administration’s commitment to implementing people-oriented programmes across the 10 political wards.
